I offer a free 15-minute phone call to learn about what’s bringing you to nutrition counseling and the kind of support you’re looking for. I am also happy to use that time to answer questions you may have about the counseling process. During that call, we can talk about scheduling, fees, and anything else that’d be helpful for you to determine if we’re a good fit for each other. Please fill out this form to start!

At the moment, I am not in-network with insurance. This may change in the future, so please check back if this is a barrier to accessing care!
You may have out-of-network nutrition counseling benefits. I provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for full or partial coverage of the fees. I can give you more information about accessing this potential benefit during our introduction call.

A weight-inclusive approach to health acknowledges and embraces body size diversity. Within this framework, weight isn’t viewed as a behavioral indicator of health, and nutritional interventions focus on fostering healthy, sustainable habits – not on intentionally altering weight. This framework is social justice oriented, and acknowledges the social determinants of health and the harmful impact of weight stigma.
Instead of focusing on your specific weight, I support you in finding eating and health behaviors that align with your physical cues (hunger, fullness, discomfort, energy levels, satisfaction and more) and help you achieve your own definition of health, which includes your mental and emotional wellbeing.
I understand this can be a new approach for many people, and I don’t necessarily expect you to be 100% on board with this framework at the start of our work! However, I share this because it’s important to me that you know what to expect in my nutrition philosophy. I have also sought specific trainings on body image to support my clients as they practice this approach.
To learn more about this framework, you can read about the Health at Every Size ® principles here.
